Jenzimmons

God of the Tempest, Storm, Sea and Thunder, Jenzimmons is the principle masculine deity of the Steppenwolf and a hero in many of the stories and mythic tales of the Steppenwolf Coventry. Jenzimmons is often depicted at the right hand of Rhiannon and is her consort and defender. He is often referred to as the Ancient Mariner by the people of the West. His symbol is the black thunderbolt on a torn white sail. His priests and clerics often paint their eyes with stylized thunderbolt designs and white face in Kabuki-like fashion to curry his favor and instill terror in their foes.

Tenets of Faith

Jenzimmons speaks to us in the storm and we must listen. The devout are drawn to any storm with more than three peals of thunder. Wielding their ceremonial black axe, the faithful perform the ritual Dance of the Destroyer while the rain persists. This same dance is also used to intimidate the enemy at the onset of battle and is a feral display of the violent potential of the Ancient Mariner.
