Benighted and noble protectors of the realm of Cygnus, or at least, that's the image they project. These scoundrels are only interested in money and power, advising the Monarchy to pursue policies that are incredibly self-serving. Their financial reach is substantial with banks and trading houses established in all of the major trading ports. Typical PC members are Wizards, Sorcerers or other arcane casters, but other "essential classes" are common among their ranks. Overtly religious PCs are viewed with skepticism unless their faith is of the morally flexible sort which the faction values greatly.
