St. Votar is the God of Justice and Royalty. He is generally agreed to have been a great warrior king that ascended to godhood upon his death.
St. Votar’s human existence is greatly disputed. His worshippers in Galowith claim that St. Votar was the first king of Galowith. However, his worshippers in Azica claim the same thing, and both dispute the other. 


Worship of St. Votar is illegal in Arania.
