Call of the Eagle Lords

When an action is used to blow this (silent) whistle above ground, 1d4 Giant Eagles will arrive within 1d10 rounds and aid the whistle blower and their allies to the best of their ability for one hour, assuming they can communicate with the bearer or make sense of the situation, at the DMs discretion (for example, carrying away an unconcious creature to safety). The whistle will not call Giant Eagles if used in a desert environment or over water greater than 10 miles from land. Each Giant Eagle can bear up to two medium creatures. Once used, the whistle will not function again until after the next dawn.
