Island of Beginnings
The Island of Beginnings. The place where all of the Fateless begin their journey. It isn't certain why the Fateless end up here, or even how, but it is known that this is where it all begins. A forest-covered island, this island is filled with dangers of all kinds, placed here intentionally to test the strength of the Fateless. Like newly born sea turtles sprinting towards the ocean for survival, most Fateless come here and die without ever leaving the island. Those who do make it to the ocean often fall to the horrors of the deep. The remaining usually shoot for the city of Anyimelle, where the next challenge is to gain access to the city. This is where many Fateless' journey ends, but it's where every one of their journey's begin.
