Neutral Evil

Neutral evil entities willingly cooperate with anyone who will further their own ends. They seek and follow the easy road to power, fame, and fortune, with little concern for the people they trample and abandon along the way. They value strength and ability alone. If the neutral evil can use laws to weaken those who stand in the way of their success, they will use them. If they must resort to breaking the law, so be it.  Getting what they want, when they want it is the prime motivator or a neutral evil individual.  Furthermore laws and other's codes of conduct are tools to use against them as a great manipulation tool.
