Bestowed Magic

Effect

Bestowed magic is a type of magic accessible to anyone, regardless of the presence of a magical Spark or not. Provided they are able to convince a powerful magical being to give that power to them. The user of bestowed magic is simply a conduit for another being, known as the patron's, magical power. Sometimes that involves pacts or temporary deals, other times it is devotion to a higher power, and anyone who has ever had someone use their magic to power an ally up has technically channeled bestowed magic through a subject. Bestowed mages are known as warlocks if they have made a specific deal with their patron in exchange for power, paladins and clerics (depending on their job) if they get their power from devotion to a higher power, and druids if they get their power through a symbiotic deal with the nature around them

Bestowed magic takes on the appearance of whatever magic the patron uses
