A diminutive goblinoid man considers wishes his domain as the Archfiend of Water. He enjoys his time in the Infinite Emporium where every manner of creature has been captured for his amusement. He made a deal with his Aetherial Gods counterpart Karyb to allow them and the other surviving deities to use the power of their deceased allies. He formed a pact with his counterpart Karyb to allow them to assist on the material plane.
