The Null Enclave is an assassin's guild with roots in the Feywild. They are infamous for the fact that none of their assassins have ever had their name revealed to anyone outside of the organisation. Unbeknownst to anyone outside of the organisation, this is because all members, upon enlisting, make a trip to they Feywild to give their names to a fey member of leadership. This protocol has a secondary purpose of discouraging members from departing the organisation; if they try to leave, they will lose their name forever.
Structure
The majority of the null enclave are low-ranking members in pockets organised by a single higher-ranking member. These leaders report to a smaller number of information organisers, in charge of assigning jobs and giving information to the leaders, who assign jobs to their underlings. These information organisers report to a small circle of individuals, who keep their faces hidden from even members of their own organisation. This circle are the lowest-ranking of those able to keep their own names, and their prior actions leading to their promotion into this circle have proven how far they are willing to go for the enclave. While their names are no longer keeping them tied to the organisation, their past actions are, and no members of this circle have ever willingly left the organisation. Little is known about anything above this circle, as the rest of the organisation is shrouded in levels of proxies, magic, and constant movement.
Culture
Most annulled are willing to die for their organisation (or, at least, for their own self interests - which the organisation goes to great lengths to ensure aligns with theirs). After a few jobs working for the enclave, an annulled is given a working name by their leader, generally based on a characteristic, aspect of their performance, a habit, or sometimes a physical aspect of their person. These names give the annulled a sense of self, and help to reinforce their place within the organisation. One of the most infamous members of the Null Enclave was an assassin known as "Angel", rumoured to poison their targets with angel's blood. Where they got the blood remained a mystery, but the name was feared for decades before, mysteriously, they vanished.
Members of the enclave most often have joined because of greed, desperation, or past regrets. The organisation offers a chance for them to leave their past behind, and to pave a way forward within the enclave. There are a small number of members whose job it is to hunt other assassins, eliminating competition. A subset of these members are assigned jobs killing other annulled, those suspected of working against the enclave, or simply those who have gained too much attention in the general public. As such, members of the enclave are discouraged from forming relationsips - romantic, platonic, or otherwise - within the organisation.

What an interesting organisation. I love the idea that they give up their name to a fey.

the name is the first step in identifying someone, and identifying someone is the first step to finding them. making use of a way to wipe any memory of your name from everyone youve ever met? now thats innovation.
