Ancora
Before the fall of Novram, Ancora was one of the greatest cities in the Order of the Golden Sun. Nowadays, it is a rather isolated and self-sustaining town. The mountain upon which it is built is surrounded by the necrotic energy of the Undead Marshes, which generally keep all but the most seasoned adventurers from visiting. A divine dome of golden magical energy protects the city's inhabitants from the Marshes' harmful energy and allows them to grow crops on a small portion of land at the foot of the mountain that falls within the dome's protection.
