Cloverbell

Cloverbell is built on the shores of a freshwater lake. The origin of its name lies in the story of a group of knights who got lost in the Forest of Dreams and, according to legend, found their way to the lake by following a path of unusually large clovers. Located at the centre of the town is a large bell decorated with clovers to commemorate the story. Each night at dinnertime, the bell rings and the entire town gathers together to share a meal - a tradition that stems from the first time the knights ate there together.
Most of Cloverbell is hidden from view because of the thick vegetation and the lack of easily identifiable landmarks. All that remains visible to passing travellers is a collection of farms on the outskirts of the town. Due to a crop-killing poison in the lake, farming is only possible along the edges of Cloverbell, further from the water. Thankfully, these farms yield good results. Fruits, nuts, fish, and meat are in abundance, and the town produces a marvellously sweet cheese. In addition to its cheese, Cloverbell is also notable for its ‘friendly’ monkeys and the beautiful pearl vines, whose flowers open only when moonlight shines upon them.
