Galalór

Galalór is a small town buried deep in the Forest of Dreams. The surrounding hills and forest growth keep the village from ever seeing direct sunlight. All the light in is artificial, with most of it coming from hundreds of magical lanterns continuously casting Dancing Lights, placed there by early settlers. The lanterns give the streets of Galalór an enchanting look at all hours - an sight that is even more breathtaking when the light catches on the water and scatters across the surface of the river that winds its way through town. Additionally, as a reasonably civilized place outside of any major country, Galalór also functions as a good location to lay low for a while.
