Glummoor
Glummoor lies at the very edge of the continent, on Blackstone Island. Most people tend to avoid the place due to the problem it has with lycanthropy - or "beast blood", as the locals call it. The war with the giants on the other end of the continent has forced the military to relocate and thus to abandon Glummoor in the process. The official rulers also fled the city a long time ago (at least, those that lived long enough to do so). As such, the newly elected mayor oversees the town and it relies heavily on vigilantes and the occasional visiting adventurer for protection. Over time, the villagers became plagued by fear and mistrust, paranoid of the idea that there might be a lycanthrope in their midst.
