Vozamier

Within the Fields of Everwinter, hidden from view by a never-ending snowstorm, lies the city of Vozamier. Curiously, the city does not obey the natural laws of time. Within Vozamier, time flows at a much slower rate. This would make it a popular place to visit, were it not for the fact that the surrounding area is full of hostile creatures - not to mention the snowstorm that makes the city nearly impossible to find.
