Talia ir'Sivis
A lower ranking member of the Sivis household, but an influential one. Working at Niben ir'Sivis sending station as a full time job she has earned a name for herself as an upstanding member of the community. However she typically works under the cover of night as a forger, her talents are expensive and take time but are commonly worth the cost.
