Chaotic Ore

A blue coloured ore that radiates blue energy, often found deep within The Primordial Chunk. Many blacksmithers have tried to create weapons and armour over the years, but none have been successful. In fact, the chaotic nature of the ore from being improperly transmuted often results in arbitrary magical effects, such as explosions. There appears to be a missing link in the process of smelting the ore into various shapes, but no one to date has been able to figure it out.
A mining operation under the control of Drusilla Stonepick can be found within the city of Chaosia. The Veil which generates a protective shield over the city relies solely on chaotic ore to fuel the magic.
Stonepick Mine is a commercial operation for gathering ore, but there are plenty of other locations outside the city within The Outskirts. Mining outside the city is abundant in chaotic ore, but an exceptionally high risk because of the effects on the environment and hostile inhabitants.
