Chaotic Salt

A blue narcotic compound melted down by an expert alchemist named, Heisenborg. This name is a mere alter ego, and the true identity of Heisenborg remains a secret. Heisenborg is the only person known to have successfully melted down chaotic ore and transmute it with salts to create, chaotic salts.
General Nero has ordered his military to seek out any leads on Heisenborg, so he may be arrested and the spread of chaotic salts will come to an end.
