Heisenborg

It is believed that Heisenborg was born into a wealthy family of wizards who specialized in the use of transmutation magic. Growing up, Heisenborg showed a natural aptitude for alchemistic properties of transmutation magic and was quickly sent to the College of Wildmagic to hone his skills under the practice of Professor Dumbledork. However, Heisenborg quickly grew tired of the strict rules and regulations imposed by the college and yearned for more freedom and power.
Heisenborg orchestrated a continuous heist where workers of Stonepick Mine would sneak pieces of chaotic ore out of the mine and into the alchemist hands of Heisenborg where he would transmute it into a drug known as chaotic salt. The on-going heist lasted about a year until Drusilla Stonepick caught wind of the theft within her mine and sentenced all involved to death. Many years have passed, and the bounty on Heisenborg’s head remains.
Heisenborg soon became a notorious figure in Chaosia, using his transmutation magic to manipulate and control the city’s production of illegal chaotic salts. He began to amass a fortune through his dealings and established himself as the city's most powerful criminal mastermind. He even gained the nickname, "Heisenborg", though to this day, no one speaks of his true name.
However, Heisenborg's thirst for power did not go unnoticed. General Nero and the city guards soon became aware of his activities and set out to capture him. Heisenborg remains hidden and never plots his dealings in the same location twice. Heisenborg is always accompanied by his henchman, a human by the name, Wesse Dinkman.
