The Nest

A massive crater on the northern end of The Primordial Chunk that is rumoured to lead into the chunk's core. A deadly creature also inhabits beneath. This crater also serves as a nest for an unknown amount of spikers, the most deadly creatures to roam The Outskirts.
Fortunately, they only surface from their nest for one week every several months; hunting for food to prepare for breeding and restart their hibernation.
Clerics at the Primordial Temple claim this crater is a direct link to the powerful entity deep within the core and that one day that being will surface, and the five chunks will rejoin as one, reforming the planet once known as Ka'os.
