Vault of Knowledge

A library where many students from the College of Wildmagic and intellectuals go to expand their knowledge of The Limbo Plane. Scholars in pursuit of The Limbo Plane's untapped knowledge will engulf their time deep into the vault's archives, some will even hire mercenaries to take them into The Outskirts beyond the magical veil to conduct studies with the goal of publishing books for the Vault of Knowledge.
All are welcome to peruse the archives, but all readings must be done within the library; no books are to leave the Vault of Knowledge.
The vault archives are not only for magic folk. Junkers and adventurers alike will spend time learning about inhabitants that reside within The Outskirts. Venturing into such a dangerous place takes more than bravery, one also needs to have their wit about them.
