Based in Nairobi. Claimed to Jackson Elias that he saw Jack Brady whilst he was in Hong Kong. 
Dr Geoffrey Davenport found Nails in the Loyal Defender pub, there after purchasing Nails a couple of drinks he confirmed he had met Jack Brady who seemed very secretive and standoffish.
