Neville Jermyn

A Barrister at government House and descendant of the African explorer Sir Wade Jermyn, who wrote Observations on the Several Parts of Africa and went mad in 1765.    His suit accentuates his curious physical features: broad shoulders, large hands  and a crouching gait. His obsession in finding the city of the White Gorilla shows his obsessive madness.   He met the Carlyle expedition in 1919 and help to organise the bearers for their expedition into the Kenyan wilds. Neville explained that Sir Aubrey Penhew insisted on a much larger number of people as bearers than normal and Neville assumes this was because they were going to be bringing back treasures.
