Vital Knights

Written by Sterrestel

Vumäktyä, or Vital Knights, are a group of guardians sworn to protect not only their people, but the primordials themselves.

Role of a Vital Knight

Vumäktyä exist to keep balance in Alatheia by protecting primordial beings from harm, and therefore, avoiding conflict in the laws of reality.

Typically only inamorata and aisels are Vumäktyä, except for a single reprieved lunar human. Each vumäktyä finds an affinity during their training based on their abilities, magic type, and more.

Along with affinities, each vumäktyä is also given a primordial blessing at a young age in the form of a glowing rune. Those with primordial blessings often exhibit abilities and traits in the image of their primordial.

Primordials are not typically regarded as gods. Despite this, Vumäktyä will often 'pray' for their aid in helping them or others. None respect primordials as much as the Vumäktyä.

This was a very quick and simple article! Perfect for Summer Camp. My only real complaint is that a lot of terms are used without any real explanation. What is a inamatora? An Aisel? You can use tooltips or article excerpts to help expand on this for the reader quickly.   Secondly, your bullet point lists may benefit more from using the Key Value Pair bbcode. --Short title or section to be bold::Single Paragraph explaining the first section--.   I also would like to see more information about these Knights themselves. There is a lot of information about who they can be, who they serve, but not a lot on the why, how, or who they actually are. Otherwise, a good article, short and sweet. Keep upnthe good work, I'll be keeping an eye on this one!

Thank you so much for the advice! I've made a few adjustments, such as adding a couple tooltips and tweaking my theme a bit. I'll keep your other suggestions in mind when I come back to this after summer camp!
