The Long Dark

Long ago, Kisosol, the One Who Brings Light, was poisoned, and Nym, the daughter of summer and warmth, sacrificed herself to save even a small portion of humanity, from her brother Mal. Now, the world has been plunged into a Long Dark, and humanity must scrabble to survive in the icy, wind-blasted wasteland that is their new home.   They are not alone anymore, however, and the multitude of dark creatures they share the land with, some more mindless than others, threaten all but the most well-hidden of human enclaves.
