Redbrand Ruffians

Redbrand Ruffians, formally the Redband gang, are thugs and enforcers skilled at intimidation and violence. They are the closest thing to the "law" in Phandalin and show their strength in numbers.
Their activities and number seem to have grown in the past few weeks.
Many of their numbers have been killed.
The 'Ardboys overheard some of them are scared of the trouble they have gotten themselves in to.
