Increase your Constitution or Charisma score by 1, to a maximum of 20.
* As a bonus action, you may extrude or retract barbs from your skin. While the barbs are out, you deal 1d6 piercing damage to any creature you are grappling or are grappled by.
* You gain proficiency with the Intimidation skill, if you are already proficient, you gain double proficiency when using it for checks.
