Milthris is a member of the ranger guild The Wardens in White. Most of the rangers stick to a specific region, and her village is Helgafel. She has two underlings that she is training, Shane and Treya.

After the invasion of Helgafel she led a group of survivors to Vraath keep. Once inside the gates, they holed up and were assaulted by hobgoblins who had pursued them. As if this wasn't bad enough, a group of Xvarts from the inside released demons every night to attack them. Under attack from both directions, the exhausted group was thankful when other helgafelians came and relieved them.
She has since went and aided the other survivors at White Ridge and is currently inhabiting Vraath keep, where her leadership and skills has proved valuable to the survivors holed up inside.
