Saltmarsh Property Information

To acquire property in Saltmarsh you must get permission of the Council at a council meeting. Generally those who already own property find this easier. To build, one generally goes through the Carpenters Guild and obtain a permit. Those building without one will have their construction torn down by the guard, or fined and required to buy one.
Permit Cost: 10% of an intended buildings worth
Land Cost: 50% of an intended buildings worth
Property Tax - Yearly Cost of 1% of value.
Cost assessed yearly by a Tax Collector (currently Phillip Darlington-Whit)
