The Spirit Fang Clan

The Spirit Fangs are one of the five dominant clans that make up The Stormcaller Orcs and are one of the two original clans. They own the hall of elders, and inter the great dead chiefs after being burnt on Surturs Pyre. They still hold a strong raport with the Dire Wolves, though this bond has been shaken lately. They ultimately support The Stormcaller Clan, but remember the stories of their clan riding their wolves into battle against their enemies.

The Spirit Fangs own The Hall of Elders and have a series of residences in that district.

History

They can trace its history back to before the Orcs traveled north, hundreds of years before and even pre-dating the Code of Our Fathers. During the Orc tribes migration north, the Spirit Fangs and the Bleeding moons co-led the tribe. This arrangement lasted while the tribe ravaged the areas below the the Valrua Sea, but when they broke against one of the human cities the arrangement fell apart
Shortly after the bleeding Moon clan assumed power and The Spirit Fangs were relegated to following the chiefs lead. They took on a support roll, with the orc of antiquity Hoctrog the Eternal giving them purpose. Once in the north, he forged the great bond between the Dire Wolves of the forest and the tribe, riding them into battle and the tribe had much success in the north. Unfortunately despite their successes, the winter and losses against the trolls and giants added up, and eventually the tribe settled under the Flamecaller Clans guidance.
Since that time, The Spirit Fangs have not assumed power, but have always been looked to for guidance and they are considered the spiritual guidance of the tribe.
