  The Cinder Elves of Kovik’zarnum are the only permanent residents, the dwarves left long ago, after constructing the great black fortresses and the Ebony Wall which the Cinder Elves now patrol. They remain on constant vigil for dragon raids, keeping the north safe.

Cinder Elf Magic

You know the control flames cantrip. When you reach 3rd level, you can cast the absorb elements spell once with their trait and regain the ability to do so when you finish a long rest. When you reach 5th level, you can cast the earthbind spell once with this trait and regain the ability to do so when you finish a long rest.   Constitution is your spellcasting ability for these spells.

Description

  Elves that live in the black fortresses of Kovik’zarnum and patrol the Ebony Wall.   Cinder Elves have descended from those who were marked with charcoal colored skin to signify their vigil against the dragon hordes. They are the only permanent residents of Kovik’zarnum; the dwarves left long ago, after constructing the great black fortresses and the Ebony Wall which the Cinder Elf now patrol. They remain on constant vigil for dragon raids, keeping the north safe.   Cinder Elves eyes’ also include a burning orange and red color.
