Meriva, Fire Prince of Wiles

All of the various Fire Princes are known for their powers of persuasion and their attachment to various sinful or harmful behaviours. Meriva is probably one of the most sinful characters among them. Their domain tends to hold sway over sex and infidelity; it's believed that any demon that causes people to commit adultery is one of their servants.

Ambivalent Appearance

Meriva is well-known for their attractive appearance. Their general look can be described as feminine, but it has its masculine aspects as well. They often wear masculine clothing, when they wear clothing at all, or might have a moustache or small beard with otherwise feminine clothing. When they want to meet with someone in particular, they can easily change their appearance to appear as that person likes, and they often do so to make even dry negotiations a bit more interesting.

A Sensual Character

It's no surprise that Meriva is known for their wiles and cunning. Basically every one of the Fire Princes (except for the eternally uptight Amriyel) has had one "encounter" with them, many of their number holding longer-term affairs. This is all for manipulation, of course; they all know that anyone who crosses them gets their just desserts.
This carnal approach to politicking bleeds over into their public life. Merba is known as the pleasure city of the Tortuous Fire for its many brothels, gambling dens and other places of pleasure. Patrons of all genders and worlds flock to the city to take it in...among other things. From there, Meriva's servants do their work to make sure that the souls of the sophonts decide to make themselves at home.

Recent Projects

To say nothing of how they spend their free time, Meriva hardly stays still. There is always some high-ranking deal to be made or servitors to send to find more gamblers and adulterers to add to their domain. Their current plans involve making Merba as attractive as possible and sending their best seducers to the rest of the Multiverse to fill it with patrons.

I once caught a glimpse of the Prince, and they were...so beautiful...I have no words. All I know is that I'd enjoy Merba with them in charge more than anyone else
