Zaltar Dalagos

Sailing towards you is a skiff manned by an unremarkable man, with the exception of his bright clothing. A mixture of greens and yellows, it is easy to distinguish him from the various people wandering the streets of the city, as well as from the canal itself. He sails right up to you, his bright brown hair kept under a white and yellow beret.
"Hello there!" he yells as he docks right next to your group, tossing up a rope ladder with expert accuracy. "Where do you need to go? 'Cause I can get you there right easy."

As a skiffman, Zaltar has a suitably lanky appearance. He is quite agile from his work, and is very fit physically speaking.

Apparel & Accessories

Like many skiffmen, Zaltar wears bright colours whenever he can to draw the eyes of customers. His favourite colours are bright green and yellow, and he wears a pair of small brass rings given to him by his girlfriend.
