Black Dragon Bat

Summary

Durring the time when Albriana still walked The World as a mortal, there are a creature that tormented the land and it's people. This Dragon Bat was giant even for the species and could easily kill a human. It's skin was as black at night and was known to drop out of the sky and slather those out at night. Upon hearing of this beast Albriana knew that she ad to slay it. So she traveled to the forest where the attacks were going to happen. She stacked out in the forest at night laying in wait in the trees. She had dealt with lesser Dragon Bat's before and know of their exceptional hearing so she stayed as still as possible, hardly breathing. Her eyes at the sky she focused on the stars, and prayed to the gods. As she started one my one some of the stars flicked out before reappearing. The beast was in the sky. She drew her Bow and waited following the vanishing stars. Counting to five she let her arrow fly. A shriek and the beast fell. Albriana appraoched the beast and cut it's head off. Taking it to the local villagers to prove that the beast was no more. Celebrations where held but Albriana refused to let them reward her as she did not do it for the fame. Despite not wanting the attention, his story is what drew the gods attention to Albriana.

Historical Basis

The story is told mostly though second hand accounts. Unlike many of the other gods Albriana has never been one to boast so the exact details of the events are not known.
