Dragon Bat Tamer

The dangerous occupation that has been common all though out The World for many years. Recently because it is so dangerous it has been banned in most nations to avoid the dangers and casualties that were sometimes caused by the occupation. Those who dared learn the trades of the tamers had to be willing to risk life and limb. They worked with the most dangerous animal in the world the Dragon Bat. The tamers had to take one of these creatures when they were young a task that involved the individual to sneak into a dragon bat den and take one of the newly born creatures. It would then care for the creature teaching it to not be aggressive to humans and to listen to commands. Around the time the creatures were seven they were able to preform in front of crowds. The Tamers would travel around the world having the beast preform for crowds. Normally a tamer would only have one beast that they trained and they would form a close bond to this beast. Those who have had been at the profession for years can even ride the large creatures. While it was rare some would breed their beast and it was not uncommon for a beast to be passed down though a family line as the creatures lived much longer then Humans. This did not come without some danger though and a poorly trained beast come kill their trainer as they grew larger then a man. The beasts also would sometimes break free and kill people who had come to watch the spectacle. This was especially true for those who had inherited the beasts in their family as they did not have the bond since youth that other tamers had. It is because of all of this that the tamers were banned in most places.
