Factol Jeremo the Natterer

Long considered one of the Golden Lords of the Cage, Jeremo the Natterer ascended to factol of the Ring-Givers when that sect became a faction of the Cage in 138Ha as part of the Lady's Edict. To show the city the boundless charity of the Ring-Givers, Jeremo gifted the Palace of the Jester to the Cage to be used as a venue for Faction events.

Personal history

Jeremo is also known as the "Lady's Jester" - seemingly because he never shuts his babbling bonebox. He'll collar primes, eladrin, anyone who'll listen. Despite his jabbering, the Natterer has long been a power in Sigil's government - even before becoming a Factol. Jeremo's real strength comes from his control of the puppet strings of the city: its civil service and its bureaucracy. He also has an uncanny ability to predict where portals will appear, a knack that has never been explained. The dark of it will probably follow him to his grave.
The Lady's Jester owns a helmet called the Helm of the Dabus. This helm allows him to communicate in rebus symbols, and he has been known to offer his services as a translator for the Dabus in the past.
