King Altec Nemesh - Ruler of the Dragonborn

Altec is one of "The Three," one of the rulers of the Nors, and is the king of all Dragonborn. Altec is a striking figure his sheer presents, size, and demeanor emanate a natural-born leader. Little is known of Altec's birth or what his lineage is. All that is known is one day, he appeared to his people after climbing down from the highest peak in the world, Mt Bahamut. This happened on the first of the year some 20 years ago, an auspicious day. The day a Red Comet cut across the skies for all of the worlds to see.

Within a year, he had united the scatted clans of the Dragonborn and forged them into one of the deadliest fighting forces in the north. Through his leadership, Altec helped forge the unbreakable alliance the Dragonborn now shares with the Dwarves and Humans of the Nors.

Soon news of his exploits reached the ears of all Dragonborn, and with in Days, he was declared High King of all Dragonborn.

For the people of the Nors, they view Altec as the "Face" of "The Three." He is the most outgoing and charismatic of the leaders. It is not uncommon to see him talking and working directly with the commoners and lower-ranked military personnel. He makes it a point to be seen and heard by everyone in the kingdom.

There is a legend in Dracon Lore: "One day the God of Dragons, Bahamut, will come to his people to aid or hinder them. His coming will be on the first of the year, marked by a red comet. The platinum Dragonborn will usher in a new ear of peace or destruction for the Dragonborn."

This is a rough translation, it would also say. New ear of peace or destruction for all. But as this comes from a Dragonborn tale, it is widely expected that it refers to Dragonborn.
