A G-class Star with a healthy planetary system, Kepple's Pearl is one of the fastest urbanizing places inScyldarispace. Rich asteroid prospecting fields, a large gas giant perfect for atmospheric turbine power harvesting and metal-rich outer planets with industrial mining facilities offer an extensive array of jobs to the colonists of Kepple's Homestead, the system's Urbworld. A warm ocean world with extensive shallows, Kepple's Homestead was established less than forty years ago but it is already densely populated, at least in the larger cities established around its equator. Kepple Station, the system's starbase is also the trade hub for many of the nearby worlds and an important Chinorr corporate branch, the second largest in Scyldari space.

Kepple's Homestead is a near point by point analogue of Scyldaria, and while the world itself is older, flatter and its biosphere is more diverse it has become the second Favourite world for the aquatic Scyldari.
Apart from the aforementioned system-wide industrial opportunities and local fish, oyster-analogue and plankton farms the Homestead is home to the largest research hub outside of Scyldaria. Due to this, the planetary capital has become a bit of an entrepot, attracting researchers from thoughout Sol, Lok and Scyldari space as well as from elsewhere.
