Persatuan Phaṇin

The confederation of Phaṇin Karajans located in the Kanluranan, which was formed to help coordinate efforts against their mutual enemies, Rangdayan and the Jatayu Utkrośa. The Persatuan Phaṇin recently submitted to the Tagápulo Empire and is now paying tribute to the Emperor, as well as allowing free passage of the Tagápulo military throughout the Kanluranan. The decision to become tributary states of the Tagápulo Empire was not unanimous among the Karajans, but so far none of them has chosen to challenge the Empire on their own.
