Te Ao Ngākau

A hapū among the Tāngata that has formed in response to the Kīngitanga proposed by the Whenua-Mārama. The Te Ao Ngākau are mostly made up of southern Tāngata who oppose the Kīngitanga and believe that the northern hapū have become decadent.
