Pokémon League - Mislude Branch
The Pokémon League of Mislude is one of the oldest Leagues in the world. However, the main differences between it and the League of other Regions are its Governors act in place of Gym Leaders of other Regions.">Governors. As there is no set order to face the Governors of Mislude, their teams will change to be one Rank above the PC's current Trainer Rank (Up to Pro). As well, The Challenger may only use the same number of Pokémon as the Governor. While you can only challenge a Governor once per in-game day, there is no limit on how many times you may challenge them. Be careful, as they might also have Pokémon not commonly found in Mislude on their teams as well as know Moves obtained by TMs, Tutors, or as Egg Moves (essentially, if a Pokémon has ever been able to learn it, a Governor’s Pokémon might know it!).
During League Battles, the Governor will send out their Pokémon first, and are not allowed to switch (unless done so with Moves, Abilities, or Held Items). PC’s are allowed to switch at any time.
*This switching rule does not apply to the Elite Four or the Champion.
Starting at Amateur Rank, Governors will begin to utilize Held Items. They initially will only have two Pokémon holding Held Items. This will increase by two every Rank above Amateur. Governors can use up to 2 Potions (the type being relative to their Rank) while Elite 4 Members and the Champion can use up to 2 Full Restorers. PC’s are allowed to use any consumable Items at any time (but remember, doing so makes your Pokémon vulnerable for the rest of that Round).
*Just like in the anime and games, Legendary Pokémon are allowed in League Battles, so if you are able to catch one or several by the time you face off in the League Tournament, more power to you! Just don’t expect to be the only Trainer with one... ;)
