High Queen Nereida Castellan was the Divine Conqueror, the chosen of the Twelve, founder of the Castellan Kingdoms and the first High Queen. She was chosen by the Twelve to protect and guide their followers. To aid in this, she was given the Twelvefold Blessings.
She lived during the Late Spoken Era, predating written records.
