Professor Xenophia Talifer Lazarus Dubois-Artir (a.k.a. Phe)

Professor Xenophia Talifer Lazarus Dubois-Artir Phd. is a high elven Professor of Alchemy and Head of Botany at Chrysanthum University and member of The Galen Institute. A brash and charismatic woman with party girl lifestyle, Phe is the most social and well-regarded of her peers. Her families' status has afforded her little and her avenue of research is held in equally low regard. This has given Phe a spiteful approach to her work and she is quick to brandish her many achievements in face of adversity.
She is the older sibling of Bowman and Rienne Amastacia, the latter by adoption and as such is the protective and loving bane of their lives.
Xenophia is good friends with Emilius Eulaliceus, as he served in an assistant position with her for a time. As with the rest of The Galen Institute, she has been mentioned in other universes, though none of these counterparts have met the party face-to-face. There was, however, an Instance of her at some point in Albicant's history, as Xenophia is one of the recorded members of The Starlight Brigade .
