  • You met Rashid, the guide
  • Mav noticed the young mercenary following
  • You decided to head west, towards the Genasi village, the Zephyr tribe
  • Did some skill checks to get there
  • You met chief Acura
  • You met the chiefs daughter, Brandy (Rashid's sister)
  • You looked at some of the Chief's tapestries
  • One in particular, depicted the Curse of Azrak, a man trying to become immortal, but something went wrong and the planet was turned into a desert. It shows a septre called the Septre of Azrak or the Septre of Lockwa-Apor. It is believed that this septre could return the world to it's former glory and that it is in the Canyon of Moona
  • The chied suggests that you take Brandy with you and you accepted
  • Chief offers her villages wealth of books and some gold to help bring back the world.
  • The next day you headed north to the Rawlings
  • A sandstorm turned out to be elementals and a djinn and you all fought them off
  • Plume has a dream with her Patron, warns that you are getting closer to the Withering Stone
  • She tells you that the evil you are approaching was not always so, it was enslaved and twisted. It is the creator of the scepter and the cause of the desolation. She tells Plume that while twisted, this creature could be a great boon to the party. It could help you find the Solarstone of Ishtamel. She then tells Plume to seek another great benevolent power to the East. She says that it has been weakened but could aid you on your quest to stop the Sceptre. It can help you get close to the Withering Stone which is in the Scepter without dying.
  • The djinn you fought was a soldier of a more powerful Genie.
  • As you traveled to Mt Faerfyre, Rashid reminded you that he will not go near it. Even his sister thinks he is cowardly.
  • As you begin to climb, Rashid takes off.
  • You eventually reach a plateau between two peaks. Nestled within is a temple. The temple seems to be deserted
  • Plume recognizes some of the glyphs. They are protective runes.
  • Brandy remembers a story about a female sorcerer who went searching the astral plane for power. She ended up anchored to a lamp, forced to do despicable things. Killing many. The lamp ties her to Mors-Rel. Somehow, a wizard took control of her and the lamp. She eventually got her revenge by creating the Sceptre. But she did not intend for everything to go so wrong.
