Zaltaebar Mristar (ZAL-tay-bar MRI-star)

Lord Zaltaebar Mristar maintains an iron grip on the island, primarily by pandering to the rabid, racist “Humans First” movement on the island of Skaug. He is a

middle-aged human, overweight and comfortable in his palace overlooking the coastal settlement. Zaltaebar is a man of many secrets, not the least of which is his many illegitimate children scattered throughout the Nelanther. Perhaps the most prominent of these is Morn Greycastle, the commendant of The Slave Quarters   of Skaug's port city.
