Different types of Bioware
The different types of Bioware refer that there are separate categories of it. They're mainly three different types that will be listed here.
Normal Bioware: Normal Bioware refers to Bioware that can be “Bought off the shelf” theoretically speaking. This Bioware is usually pre-made and compatible with metahuman, metasapients, or blood type.
Cultivated Bioware: Cultivated Bioware is a type of Bioware that must be grown using the user’s DNA in order to work properly and for maximal compatibility.
Symbionts: Created during 2070, Symbionts were a new type of Bioware that involves entirely independent, vat-grown, gene-tailored organisms implanted in or on the host body with whom they form a symbiotic relationship. Symbionts back in 2070 had a risk of defying their biological programming and going rogue in the body, but now, it is impossible for them to defy their biological programming. Also, Symbionts have gotten more popular throughout the more recent years as people got less squeamish over them.
