Drone technology is now one of the Staples of the new world, able to be modified for any task and be cheap and affordable, It brings to the question of why some people hate drones. drones can come in any size from microscopic to tank sizes and larger. Drones also can be an excellent host for sentient AI systems.
Utility
Drones can have all sorts of purposes, Only limited by one's imagination.
Social Impact
Drones were worth back then and are still seen as revolutionary in multiple aspects of life but for some reason religious groups (much like with any advanced technology) despise drones. but at this point, nobody cares about their opinion.
Access & Availability
Drones are widely available to the public as long as they're not armed with military weaponry, though flamethrowers are allowed to be on civilian drones for recreational use.
