Book of The Court

Timid gave them the book, leather-bound and a silver sigil of the Court branded on its cover. Atraxe entered the hall with multiple doors to each side.

The Book of The Court is a celestial Object of Occult fueled with Divine Sakti. It is also known as Zadkiel's Legacy, The Shade's Grimoire, and Book of Memories.

Mechanics & Inner Workings

The book is fueled by Sakti. Whenever the book is open, the person holding it will have their memories projected from the pages, recorded as they are shown to the others, if there are, around the book.
When the book is closed it remains in a dormant state. Even tracking the books is impossible, only when the book is open, or in the active state, can the book be tracked.

History

During the dawn of creation when the Shades, Virgil, Eshreal, Ioael, and Zadkiel were just born. Zadkiel had been given the ability of intelligence. He could think like some of the greatest tactitians that were yet to be born. Craft spells before they were called spells. And create whatever he needed using whatever alchemical material he needed.   But his intellect did not stop there. he was going to give his knowledge that he possessed to the Battle of Dawn's Freedom for the creatures Pheone would create. But his true voice would not be able to give the knowledge verbally or have his pupils damaged from the sounds. So he created the first Objects of Occult.

Significance

The book started the long line of Objects of Occult. This showed the Angels how to forge the divine weaponry they used to slaughter the Jotun. It was with this very book that they learned how the planar aligned giants were accidently birthed from another Object of Occult, Skilja.
