The New World

A vast, unexplored continent far across the sea from The Known World, The New World was only recently discovered during an expedition led by explorer and adventurer Matthias de Culville in 759. These untapped lands were previously completely unknown to the civilized world, resulting in many ambitious souls flocking to the new continent in search of opportunity. The settlers established the colony of Culville , but were quickly beset upon by hazardous wildlife, hostile natives, and untold monstrosities. In order to protect his people and push back against the perils and savages of The New World, Mattias established The Trailblazer's Guild: a league of adventurers, survivalists, scholars, and warriors dedicated to civilizing the continent.

Thanks to the efforts of The Trailblazer's Guild, several encampments have been established beyond Culville and major regions of the continent have been successfully mapped.
