The Tribe of Calgain
The Orcs of this tribe are nomadic horse warriors led by Khan Grastush. Atop their prized steeds, an orcish party can take on a much larger force due to their superior movement and ranged capabilities. This tribe is currently at war with the hobgoblins of The Undying Legion.
Life on the plains is rough, even without the hobgoblins, the tribe sustains itself with a few farms but mainly by herding sheep and goats. These animals provide food, clothing, and even weapons. The signature weapon of the horse orc is the composite bow. It is short enough to be easily shot from horseback yet powerful enough to pierce most armors. The knowledge to create such bows is a closely guarded secret of the orcish bowyers.
