Background: Nið was born in the Yggdrasil pack. Her mother, Hvass, gave birth to her out of duty, not for the wanting of motherhood. They were never close and once Hvass was done nursing her, she wanted nothing more to do with her. This relationship with her mother has created problems with her sense of self-worth.
